In addition to disposing of property, we are also particularly active in acquiring premises on behalf of clients. We can provide a comprehensive schedule of available properties to match specific search criteria and arrange inspections. Once a suitable building is identified, we advise on price, negotiate the best possible terms on behalf of our client and see the transaction through to completion via solicitors.
