Our specialist residential acquisition team can provide a full and comprehensive service for the acquisition of prime Central London and south east residential property. This service includes the discussion of particular requirements with clients or their representatives, identifying suitable potential properties, arranging and attending viewings, negotiation of price with the selling agents  and agreeing other relevant terms. Acting on behalf of the purchaser, we always seek to negotiate the most favourable terms on their behalf.

We can separately provide the provision of a building survey report if required. Any necessary repair or renovation works can also be advised upon and quotations can be obtained for these works and any refurbishment / improvements required. In addition we can provide a full project management service including the appointment and supervision of all contractors.

We can also market properties to let (on completion of necessary works), negotiate and agree terms with a prospective tenant and then provide a full management service when let and occupied.
